Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a global health problem with high prevalence rate in Indonesia, ranking 5th out of 10 countries the highest number diabetes cases. In 2019, Indonesia had mellitus at 9.3% (463 million) and an estimated increase to 12.2% (783 by 2045. The kidney, primary organ affected glucose levels, compound. Guava leaves, which contain alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, polyphenols, tannins, calcium, have been found anti-diabetic properties.This research aimed investigate effect variations white guava leaves used making waters tew on kidney histopathology alloxan-induced mice (Mus musculus). were divided into five groups, initial blood levels measured after being induced alloxan treatment seeds. After treatment, histopathological preparations made using Hematoxylin Eosin (HE) staining. results showed that average size proximal tubule glomerular diameter was larger than positive (+) control group. K0, P1, P2, P3 smaller control. study suggest boiled water from may potential therapeutic benefits for diabetics.
